Information used
- Purchase information: name, email address, selected product, order reference, transaction status, and information needed to deliver and support the purchase.
- Support correspondence: your email address, subject, message, and order details you choose to provide. The contact form prepares a draft in your own email app; it does not submit or store your message in ClickFunnels. We receive the correspondence only if you send that email. A support enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.
- Technical information: information processed to serve and protect the websites, which can include IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error records.
- Campaign information: campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers carried in links to checkout, where present.
Card details are entered through the payment provider’s embedded payment fields. Do not email passwords, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive information to us.
Optional editorial updates
If you subscribe to The Digital Shift, we collect your email address and record your consent, signup date and signup page in ClickFunnels for The AI System Institute. We use these details for the editorial emails you request. You can withdraw your request through our contact form or an unsubscribe link in a future email. A support enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
A signup started from an article briefly uses browser storage to carry your email and consent to the signup page. This temporary entry is cleared when the signup page opens.
Article planner and campaign links
The article’s free planning exercise creates a prompt in your browser. Entering a topic there does not submit it to an AI service through this page. If you copy the prompt into a separate AI tool, that tool’s own terms and privacy notice apply.
When a buyer follows the purchase link, the article can pass selected UTM campaign fields, referral IDs, and advertising click IDs already present in the article URL to checkout. These identifiers help associate a visit with a campaign. The article does not require an email opt-in to read the guide or use the exercise.
Providers and delivery
The public website, articles and learning services use Vercel hosting. ClickFunnels hosts the linked checkout and some existing funnel and policy pages. The contact fields prepare an email draft locally in your browser. The purchase flow uses ClickFunnels and Payments AI payment services, including embedded payment fields supplied through Rebilly. Access is delivered through the AI System Institute learning platform named in your confirmation. Depending on the product, this can be portal.aisysteminstitute.com or the authenticated platform at learn.aisysteminstitute.com. The authenticated platform uses Clerk for sign-in and account management.
Each provider handles information needed for its service, including service operation, payment, authentication, security, and applicable recordkeeping. Consult the privacy notice made available by the provider on its service for its independent processing and choices. A separate offer’s video, advertising, or delivery providers may differ.
Why information is used
We use information to fulfill purchases, provide access, handle support and refunds, maintain security, meet applicable recordkeeping duties, and understand which campaigns lead to purchases. Where a legal basis is required, the basis depends on the processing and applicable law and may include performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent.
Cookies and choices
Connected services may use cookies or similar identifiers for payment, authentication, site operation, security, or measurement. Where enabled, Meta Pixel processes visit or advertising-interaction information for measurement; support form submissions are not a marketing opt-in. Browser settings can restrict cookies or storage, but this may affect checkout or sign-in. Where applicable law requires consent or offers an opt-out for optional processing, you can contact us about the choices available to you. Provider-controlled processing follows that provider’s applicable notice and controls.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be handled by providers needed for hosting, payment, authentication, access, and support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud or a legal claim. Providers may process information in other countries; applicable transfer safeguards must be used where required.
Retention and security
Purchase and support information is retained as long as needed for the stated purposes, including applicable tax, accounting, and dispute requirements. Provider-controlled records follow that provider’s applicable policies and settings. HTTPS and access controls help protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us using the details above. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your request. Requests about a provider’s independent processing can also be directed to that provider.
Children and updates
These products are intended for adults. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us so we can review it. We will update this notice when relevant data practices change and show the effective date on the page.
