1. Seller and scope
These terms cover The AI System Institute’s public website, including AI and business education, The Digital Shift editorial section, and the separate digital educational products sold under The Page Method brand. Questions can be sent to our contact form. The seller identified at checkout and on your receipt supplies the purchased products. The payment provider provides the payment and account platform under its own applicable terms.
Editorial content and optional email updates
The Digital Shift publishes free explainers and analysis with links to sources. Research dates and study settings matter; commentary is not a prediction of an individual business result. Articles are prepared with AI assistance and published under a publication byline, not an invented individual journalist. Use our contact form to request a correction. Newsletter registration is optional, records interest in future editorial emails and does not require a purchase. A regular email schedule has not yet been established.
2. Educational scope and results
The Page Method provides educational resources about an AI-assisted digital-product business, including choosing a niche, planning an original product, and introducing an offer through a faceless social page. It is not individualized legal, tax, investment or financial advice. No particular income, number of sales, client result or completion time is guaranteed. Examples and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a prediction of your results.
You are responsible for lawful use of external tools and platforms, the rights to your content and compliance with their rules. Advertising budgets, third-party software and other operating costs are not included unless expressly stated.
3. Orders and optional purchases
The AI Business Starter Guides are downloadable PDF learning resources offered at $47 USD as a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription charge. This purchase includes the PDF resources described on its sales page and checkout. AI software, advertising spend, personal coaching, a job, and a business operated for you are not included.
Other Page Method courses, add-ons and upgrades are separate offers. Their current product descriptions, prices, currency, taxes, payment schedule and included access are displayed on their own order pages. Optional purchases require a separate choice. Review the final order total before paying.
For any installment plan, the number of payments, amounts, due dates and total cost shown and accepted at checkout govern that purchase. An installment plan is not an indefinite subscription unless the order expressly states a recurring subscription. Reading these terms does not authorize a charge. We honour the terms accepted for an existing purchase.
4. Delivery and access
For the AI Business Starter Guides, the access step is available immediately after payment is confirmed. The confirmation page redirects to AI System Institute’s learning portal. Open the learning resources and download the PDFs. An email address, internet access, a compatible browser, and a device that reads PDFs are required. Other products are delivered through the platform identified in their purchase confirmation after payment is confirmed. Contact support if you cannot locate your access instructions. Only the products and materials explicitly included in your order are part of your purchase.
5. Refunds and the support promise
Our refund policy explains the refund terms and request process. A personal-help promise applies only to an offer that expressly includes it at purchase. Such a promise is a support commitment, not a guarantee of a particular income; personal coaching is not included in the AI Business Starter Guides. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights or any money-back promise made at purchase.
6. Content license and appropriate use
Access to PDF guides or course materials does not transfer ownership of those materials. You may use them for your own learning and application. You may not share account access, redistribute the guides or course lessons, or sell the materials as your own. Rights to templates, characters or ready-made videos depend on the specific license supplied with that material.
You retain rights to your independently created work, subject to the rights of any third-party material you use. Do not infringe others' rights, impersonate others, interfere with services or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Third-party services
The payment provider, AI tools, social platforms and video services have their own terms, charges and availability. The Page Method does not control those services and does not guarantee that their features will remain unchanged. You may need your own third-party accounts or subscriptions.
8. Changes and service issues
We may improve materials and correct website errors. New policy versions apply prospectively and do not remove rights already granted for a purchase. If a product is unavailable, access is materially reduced or something is not as described, contact support so the issue and applicable remedies can be reviewed.
9. Consumer protections
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require you to waive mandatory consumer protections or payment-dispute rights. These terms do not create a separate arbitration agreement or restrict the courts available to you under applicable law. The payment provider's own platform terms apply separately.
